If you are wondering whether you want to stay in a relationship or if you're with someone who's unsure about staying in a relationship with you, Discernment Coaching is your best option.

Unlike regular couples coaching, where you'd be working on your relationship, discernment  helps the very different needs of the two of you.  For the person who is not sure about staying, it helps you make an informed decision.  For the person who wants to save the relationship, it helps you with the roller-coaster of emotions when the status of your relationship is up in the air.

In Discernment, you'll both come to the appointment.  We'll do a brief check-in and then I'll meet with each of you individually.  This way you can both freely explore your thoughts and feelings so you can discern whether you want to  fix the relationship or move on.  We usually do this in 1-6 sessions.  At the end of each session, the three of us will meet and each of you will share what you got out of your individual session and decide if you want to come back for another session.
